How is it that the best Service Advisor has a rating of 4.7 ? I think I have to question some of the ratings now on this site because once again Lonnie Pope did a fantastic job for me getting my work sche 4.7 ? Review reflects experience with body shop not service. My truck was there for 2 months for some pretty minor repairs. Between dealing with insurance co., and shop communication was lacking. Insurance screwed truck was there for 2 months for some pretty minor repairs. Between dealing with insurance co., and shop communication was lacking. Insurance screwed me, shop painted a bedside of my truck. Two tone paint job and the lines for the two tone and pinstripe don’t even match up. Have used their service dept numerous times with little to no issue. Body shop not so much. More
