Mike was great. But the fit and finish of my repairs looks like a small mechanic shop did it. They had to replace a failed oxygen sensor and remove the cowling at the window. The cowling does not even meet the window anymore and the gasket is overlapping the A pillar. Also it appears there must be missing a clip due to it not meeting the window finally it’s missing a retainer button as well. More

Service tech was disingenuous. I made an appointment for oil change.. He failed to make the appointment. When I showed up for appointment he told I had wait .. two hours later I left. No oil change.
