I always bring my Ford Focus to Sunset for regular maintenance. They do a great job and are always helpful. They tell you what maintenance is due but don’t force anything on you. Customer Service is fine however there were people (patrons not employees) in the lobby and in the waiting room without masks on. Sheesh, I've tried to complete this twice already and I don't think I succeeded. The reason I'm trying a third time is because of the SUPER wonderful people from the shuttle driver to the guy who brought don't think I succeeded. I was pleased with how quickly Mike Wilhite got my car in for service I believe the service work was done to what Ford calls for, for this type of service work. I am unhappy with certain controls of my car t for service I believe the service work was done to what Ford calls for, for this type of service work. I am unhappy with certain controls of my car that were moved. The seat was lowered and the back rest moved and I feel that the tech only had to move the seat forward and back to operate the vehicle. Not sure if the lights had to be checked but the knob was not put back to where the lights turn on when it starts to get dark outside. The radio screen was changed and the volume was louder. Hopefully the tech sanitized the vehicle when done. I hope the tech drove the speed limit on the test drive. Overall the tech work could’ve been better but the service writer deserves a perfect service score for customer service. More
