I’ve had two vehicles in for service the last month. I took my personal F250 in for three problems. None were fixed. They are supposed to look into the problem and call back. I have called back and I get took my personal F250 in for three problems. None were fixed. They are supposed to look into the problem and call back. I have called back and I get nothing. No call backs. They say the mechanics are not very good because it’s too hard to find good people. No one there but my service manager was friendly. It’s not the same place it used to be. My fleet truck with under 1000 miles was taken in for over a week and when I got the F550 back it want fixed. It stinks to be honest. I’ve always loved my Ford trucks. I have over 25 now and hope and pray I don’t have to take them into the dealership. More
