I had a good experience this time even though I had a major repair that was expensive. I don’t like how long it takes to get an appointment. I’m not sure that some of the other complaints I have are due major repair that was expensive. I don’t like how long it takes to get an appointment. They worked my car in without an appointment. It took awhile but Lonnie was wonderful and did everything possible to make it happen. Made sure I had a rental and that my warranty was honored.
