I had a good experience this time even though I had a major repair that was expensive. I don’t like how long it takes to get an appointment. I’m not sure that some of the other complaints I have are due major repair that was expensive. I don’t like how long it takes to get an appointment. I’m not sure that some of the other complaints I have are due to sunset service. We have had a lot of issues with Ford. I have a Ford focus and my wife had a Ford escape that she purchased used from Sunset. She ended up buying a new GMC Terrain More

They worked my car in without an appointment. It took awhile but Lonnie was wonderful and did everything possible to make it happen. Made sure I had a rental and that my warranty was honored. Lonnie was my advisor after bringing my car in to get serviced on. I had an extended warranty through an outside company and this was my first time using it. Of course there was complications but Lonnie serviced on. I had an extended warranty through an outside company and this was my first time using it. Of course there was complications but Lonnie was AMAZING in assisting me with dealing with the matter. My Service Rep (Brett) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend asking to work with him if you have the opportunity. When I picked up my GT350 someone had put 5 miles on it. Th helpful. I would highly recommend asking to work with him if you have the opportunity. When I picked up my GT350 someone had put 5 miles on it. This doesn’t seem like a lot, but certainly more than one would expect driving in and out of the service bay. I’m concerned that someone may have taken my car joy riding. I would have said yes if someone wanted to drive it and asked, but am concerned that whoever drove it may not be as meticulous as me about getting to oil temp to 180 before driving it hard. More
