Lonnie was my advisor after bringing my car in to get serviced on. I had an extended warranty through an outside company and this was my first time using it. Of course there was complications but Lonnie serviced on. I had an extended warranty through an outside company and this was my first time using it. Of course there was complications but Lonnie was AMAZING in assisting me with dealing with the matter. Sunset Ford not only serviced my car in a timely manner, but also went above and beyond with helping me with my issue with my warranty. It was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back again for any other issues I have in the future. More

My Service Rep (Brett) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend asking to work with him if you have the opportunity. When I picked up my GT350 someone had put 5 miles on it. Th helpful. I would highly recommend asking to work with him if you have the opportunity. When I picked up my GT350 someone had put 5 miles on it. This doesn’t seem like a lot, but certainly more than one would expect driving in and out of the service bay. I’m concerned that someone may have taken my car joy riding. I would have said yes if someone wanted to drive it and asked, but am concerned that whoever drove it may not be as meticulous as me about getting to oil temp to 180 before driving it hard. More

The staff at sunset are the nicest service techs I’ve had when getting my vehicles serviced. They follow thru with phone calls keeping me up to date including when picking up and dropping off my car. They forgot to do my service the day it was scheduled. I scheduled an oil change and fuel filters change on a Saturday. I dropped my f250 off the Friday night before. I never received a phone call about it. scheduled an oil change and fuel filters change on a Saturday. I dropped my f250 off the Friday night before. I never received a phone call about it. I called Saturday night at 5:15, but they were closed. I had to go back up on Sunday to get some tools for Monday and noticed my truck didn’t even move. 2 days later my service was finished. I also added rear brakes and rotors after the multipoint inspection. While checking out, all the computers locked up and the credit card readers didn’t work. My service advisor Brett Mathis handled everything great. He really stepped up with the issues that came across his desk. To add to it I went home and had to wipe down the front of the truck from all the oily hand prints. More
