The people I dealt with were kind and courteous. They need a more precise way to put people in line for service, we are standing around not sure who is going to wait on us. Not happy with repair. The service department could not have been better. I just had a small issue. The service advisor look at the problem. He grabs some parts and installed them and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Very prompt service. I was met at the entrance by an employee following all social distance protocols. Sean was polite and friendly. Sunset Ford took care of all the needs I had.
