Repair was fine. Missed request to check on wipers as noted on Wheels info card near gear shift When delivered by tow truck. Should have followed to direct info . Pick up was okay. Disappointed that I received no help unloading supplies in the rain & temp in the 40s as I have had in the past. with a cane is challenging enough as it is to move boxes I don’t know which Mike I dealt with- sorry. Mike Sensmeyer is awesome. I had a check engine light on and was told by another auto shop I would require two new turbos for my F-150. I called Mike and he recommended they take a look because it could ver and was told by another auto shop I would require two new turbos for my F-150. I called Mike and he recommended they take a look because it could very well be something minor that needs attention rather than twin turbo replacement. Mike was 100% correct and I saved thousands on the repair. Will always trust my truck with Mike and Sunset Ford. More
