Service I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I purchased my car in September from Sunset and purchased a car for my daughter at another deal I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. Doug Sucher- Best of the best Not sure where to start other than it started with a distraught call on my end, to the service department at Sunset Ford. I was blessed that day to ge Not sure where to start other than it started with a distraught call on my end, to the service department at Sunset Ford. I was blessed that day to get Doug on the phone. I had never met Doug, never spoke with him and all he knew was I had purchased a Ford that was having issues with the engine when it should not be. After a long discussion, him hearing me out and truly listening,he told me he did not feel hopeful that the outcome would be what we wanted but he would take it on and go to bat for us. This man never waivered, we would receive phone calls daily to update us, even when the news was not good, he continued to fight for us. In the end Doug did just as he promised and did not give up on our cause! Ford eventually and finally decided to put a new engine in our vehicle...Im still not sure if they agreed with Doug or were just tired of hearing from him (lol), but none the less this man went above and beyond in every way imaginable. He restored our belief that at times with the right person in your corner, the right and just outcome can and will prevail. Thank you Doug, you truly are a gem of a man!
