Justin, I would really appreciate a 10% discount on the service provided. Let me know if you are willing to provide the discount. Also, just as fyi, I was the one that reported to the St. Louis County Police that the Sunset Ford service bay garages were not locked down over the weekend. When I dropped my truck off on the Sunday night before the service - garage doors automatically opened when my vehicle approached - the shop was closed and there were not Sunset Ford employees onsite.
