Service manager , Justin is not customer friendly. Doesn’t allow customer to talk but interrupts, threatens, and did not resolve issue. This man is argumentative and does not bode well with a service managers position. However, he reminded me that he was “the owner”. More

My recall wasn’t done because short staff and would take 2 hours, I rescheduled. But they told me that they could complete the full service oil change, tire rotation, vac etc. 1.5 HOURS LATER. I asked when 2 hours, I rescheduled. But they told me that they could complete the full service oil change, tire rotation, vac etc. 1.5 HOURS LATER. I asked when my car would be done and if the decided to complete the recall, nope. It took nearly 2 hours for a oil change, were the tires rotated(?) and no vacuuming I have a picture. So no not good, 2 hours! They could have told me at 3:45 that with the staff shortage my oil change would be nearly 2 hours to complete. More
