It was by far my worst experience ever. I actually traded my car in and took a huge loos just to put an end to this entire headache. My car was left sitting at Sunset Ford for 3 months. I could not even get my service agent to return my calls. It almost felt as if he was intentionally trying to make this experience worse for me. I called left messages and even sent text messages to his direct line and nothing!!! Worst dealership ever. Terrible customer service. They inconvenienced me in so many ways and then cost me money that wasn’t even necessary. More

Worst service I have ever gotten. Been coming to sunset for about 30 years. That’s done now. My truck is more screwed up now then when I brought it in. 14 months of getting jerked around is ridiculous. It literally took 14 months to get warranty work done that I had to pay for anyway because I was lied to by my first service advisor. He was fired. My second advisor unfortunately had a stroke. My third advisor did the best he could with my situation. If there was a negative star rating I would have gave that. More
