It was by far my worst experience ever. I actually traded my car in and took a huge loos just to put an end to this entire headache. My car was left sitting at Sunset Ford for 3 months. I could not even get my service agent to return my calls. It almost felt as if he was intentionally trying to make this experience worse for me. I called left messages and even sent text messages to his direct line and nothing!!! Worst dealership ever. Terrible customer service.
