Sunset Ford - Service Center

Went in for an oil change and they checked all my fluids and topped them off, but they never checked my tire pressure which is suppose to be part of the service. I know this because two of my tires were down and I was expecting them to be filled back up but they we not. Received a phone survey and they said the records indicated they did work on my tires. What’s the deal that you don’t offer free car washes anymore. I like how prices go up but the service goes down. Over a year ago I received notice about a recall and I was finally notified that I can make an appointment, but the appointment has to be six months from now. More

Horrible service, no communications, they broke off my armrest while working on my motorhome and never returned numerous calls and complaints just another $ 500 dollars out of my pocket. .
