They care and call more times about the survey than they do about the vehicle John was too busy to take my call, they were laughing in the background and someone else kept setting phone down and asking him the questions I had. She didn’t know what was going on. Called back the next day about the double charge and he was off work. No one else could help me said I had to wait for him. I told the person that called about the survey my problems and they dust wanted a 5 star rating. There service Dept is getting to be like there sales department. More
Towed my work vehicle off for service. I was informed that my vehicle had a recall for one issue and asked to have it looked through to ensure everything was in proper working order. Went in for an oil change and they checked all my fluids and topped them off, but they never checked my tire pressure which is suppose to be part of the service. What’s the deal that you don’t offer free car washes anymore. I like how prices go up but the service goes down. Over a year ago I received notice about a recall and I was finally notified that I can make an appointment, but the appointment has to be six months from now. More
