Jennifer called me and said she was going through paperwork and found I had a work order. She said she would order the parts and I said I would be off in three weeks and she said she would try to get paperwork and found I had a work order. She called Friday afternoon and said the parts came in and she would be able to work my car in Tuesday or Wednesday next week when I was off and I said great.Jennifer said she would have the work order written up that when I bring the car up tell the advisor she had it written up. I said I also need a oil change and she said she would add it to the work order. And she told me you have a shuttle . I brought my car in Monday afternoon and talk to advisor Danielle and told her that I had a work order and she said I was due for my maintenance service so she added that to the work order and she put my name on the list for the shuttle. She was so nice. Tuesday morning I received a call from Danielle that my car was done. You have a great team you should be proud they did a great job More

My service rep, Jon, informed of the possible wait days due to chain supply, high volume professional and informed customer service representatives.
