Justin, we have talked in regard to a Ford Edge. We have had the Powertrain light off and on since June of 2021. We were out of warrantee, 60500 miles this last appointment. We were told there needed to be a software update. That did not fix the issue. You can hear the transmission jerk and pop in when going forward from a dead stop, not all the time but too often. We have had two independent service places state " your transmission is going out". Now I have to trade the car in or risk the transmission going out and then an $8000.00 fee to replace and being without a car for months because a transmission if not available in the supply chain, we also had a 2020 Transit Van in your facility off and on for a month for a catalytic converter that was not fixed correctly thus the 1 month in your service department.

I’m sorry to hear that it is still giving you trouble. All we need to do is coordinate a day you want to drop with us to let us re-evaluate the concern. Let us know what day works and we will fit it in and see what we can find. Otherwise on the Transit, I would need some more information as I do not see that under you last name, but again if there is something there that needs to be corrected, my staff should be able to accommodate you to rectify any issues remaining. Please let us know and we will make the time to re-evaluate either vehicle.
