Sunset Ford - Service Center

Brought my truck in for warranty only work and was stuck with a $650 bill. What is the sense of buying an extended warranty if the dealer is not going to work with you to solve problems. All they did was ch with a $650 bill. What is the sense of buying an extended warranty if the dealer is not going to work with you to solve problems. All they did was check a few of the items in question and charged $165 for looking at each item in question. They charged me for a manual regeneration and the truck went in to regen the next day. I’m not sure that the service was even done. All in all I am completely disappointed with sunset ford. After spending $650 for basically nothing they didn’t even have the courtesy to wash my truck. More

Slow getting started on my broken car because of backordered parts. They wouldn't get me into a vehicle to drive until I called Ford. The dealer finished strong though.
