We lost some staff back in November and have not recovered to those same staffing levels. Since the employment market is in such demand right now, techs can work many other places that are closed Saturdays, so it's hard to compete with that. So for now, until we can find enough candidates to staff the weekend, we will be closed on Saturdays. Make sure you help spread the word we are hiring! Thats not entirely true at all. This has been the case for over a year. Thats ample time to have adapted to the "change". Dont make excuses for poor customer service. Lou fusz another dealer I use with my fleet , these arent issues. People get to choose whom they spend their money with. I still advocate using a different company. I didnt mention how the service writer wanted 6 hours labor for a warranty issue either... all around it stinks...
