I can not get an appointment for any work that needs to be done. Long waits for minimal amounts of work all 4 times I have been in to have work done. Professionalism & courteous, but when your customer is already pissed off from long waits & long lines, there is not much happiness or gratitude for services rendered. The tire pressure was not equalized on the tires. Would have thought that was done with the rotation. Disappointed no car wash. I guess this was discontinued. Also, I received a notice on my Ford app that my battery with less than 12,000 miles should be changed out on my next oil change. It said the technician saw this during my service. He did not mention it to me. How long do your batteries last?Under 20,000 miles & less than 2 years seems pathetic. More
