Neal did a phenomenal job with keeping me informed on what was going on with my car while it was in being worked on. He was very prompt at calling me back whenever I called with questions. Also when you check out you go to the advisor to do that so if you have any questions they can give you the answer. We take our car there for normal type maintenance and repairs knowing that the job will be done right the first time and we will not have to worry about anything. More

I took my truck in at 8:15 AM to get an oil change. The service writer said there was a 3 hour wait. I left my truck with them and they gave me a ride home. I called them at 1:20 PM to find out if my t The service writer said there was a 3 hour wait. I left my truck with them and they gave me a ride home. I called them at 1:20 PM to find out if my truck was ready. I was told it would be ready in an hour. I called again at 2:40 PM. The girl I talked to said she couldn’t get into my account which meant the service writer should be calling me any time now. I called at 3:00 and was directed to a man who I assume was the service manager, but he was away from his desk. At 3:20 they called and said it would be 45 minutes before anyone could pick me up. I told them I would walk there and get there quicker than that. I walked there, got there in 33 minutes and picked up my truck. From now on I will take my truck to Jiffy Lube or some similar place and get my oil changed in 20 minutes for about the same price. 7 1/2 hours is a ridiculous time to wait for an oil change. More
