I’ve had great experiences before but I left my truck there for over 2 weeks to fix a door ajar light problem. And when I found out it was done, no mentioning of the issues they inspected for. But to my there for over 2 weeks to fix a door ajar light problem. And when I found out it was done, no mentioning of the issues they inspected for. But to my demise when I picked it up after hours on December 22 my battery was dead. And my oil change light was on and down to 0 miles. No mention of that no offer to do the work. So I had to jump truck twice take it to another place to change battery. Also there is a recall on my truck for a faulty latch which thought was causing the door ajar alarm to go off was not offered or fixed. Feel like no care was given. No extra effort to make my truck right or the extra sale that I know the dealership would love. Highly dissatisfied More

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I’ve had excellent service! Brett is very thorough with organizing and explaining needs of service.
