Their management has recognized a shortage of cars being available and embarrassingly priced themselves way out of the market for new vehicles. Regarding service, just today I had an appointment for recalls and warranty work that was booked 6 weeks ago that required me to take a day off of work to complete. One hour before the appointment I got a call explaining that their dealership had an employee strike and could not perform the expected work and that I would have to call back and reschedule. They couldn’t get me in for this work for 6 weeks the last time that I called, I will be seeking a new dealership… More

Once my truck was in the service center, everything went very well. My service advisor Lonnie was great, making herself available and keeping me informed at every step of the way. I understand being short-staffed. And I was originally told it would be about a two-week wait. After 2 weeks I called and was told I'd get a call within 3 business days. That did not happen so I called again. They asked me to give them a couple more days. I did and then called again. The person on the phone agreed to let me come in, but I got the distinct impression that they still weren't ready for me and they were only making an opening because I continued to call. More
