Once my truck was in the service center, everything went very well. My service advisor Lonnie was great, making herself available and keeping me informed at every step of the way. I understand being short-staffed. And I was originally told it would be about a two-week wait. After 2 weeks I called and was told I'd get a call within 3 business days. That did not happen so I called again. They asked me to give them a couple more days. I did and then called again. The person on the phone agreed to let me come in, but I got the distinct impression that they still weren't ready for me and they were only making an opening because I continued to call. More

The repair was good, but the verification call person said that I could wait for it and that it is a quick fix. Upon arriving,I was told it would be ready after 300PM.
