Would have been a 5 except there was still oil left on the bar from the oil change and it dripped on my driveway at home. At first I thought I had a oil leak so I crawled under my motorhome and saw the o the bar from the oil change and it dripped on my driveway at home. At first I thought I had a oil leak so I crawled under my motorhome and saw the oil dripping off the bar, wipe the bar off and all is well. No Leak. The bar gets oil on it because it's in the way of the oil draining. More

Like a lot of places these days, Sunset is short-staffed. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. Very grateful. Must add, though, being short-staffed, and I get it, the number of times a phone call to the service dept. was dropped was bordering on ridiculous. All in all, though, great service. Glad to have my son driving his truck again. More
