Sunset Ford - Service Center

I've never had a negative experience with Sunset dealerships in the past 15 years, but this service event, I feel they went above and beyond for me. I relocated out of state, but still have all serv dealerships in the past 15 years, but this service event, I feel they went above and beyond for me. I relocated out of state, but still have all services perfomed by Sunset Ford. They fit me in for an oil change and repair to my vehicle last minute, I was late for the appointment, but they fit me in and STILL had a loaner vehicle available for me when I arrived over two hours late. The icing on the cake was the vehicle was completed in less than two hours. My experience with Sunset that day could have had a completely different outcome because I was late, but Kenny and Tim took it in stride and their team made it happen for me. I plan on using Sunset Ford for the next 15 years! More

The service is excellent, however I will be glad when you have your own pickup / return trip service again. It is so difficult to get a driver in the mid to late afternoon. I have had to impose on family or have your own pickup / return trip service again. It is so difficult to get a driver in the mid to late afternoon. I have had to impose on family or friends twice in order to get my truck picked up after a service appointment. Prior to the COVID-19, your dealership had an employee that would pickup or return within a reasonable radius. I look forward to having that back again. More
