11/3/22 Damir Ovicina took care of my cars needs. I was keep in contact with, even though I left the premises, The car was ready when promised. He was able to find out answers to specific service que I was keep in contact with, even though I left the premises, The car was ready when promised. He was able to find out answers to specific service questions I had. April, May, June 2022 I have had several dealings Jay in the last 6 months. He saw multiple problems I had eith my Forrester to the end! One time I was given a loaner for 6 weeks while they waited on a part due to Covid. He kept me up to date during the Covid delay every couple days. Both people are very pleasant to deal. My one comment is on phoning in. You have so many bells and whistles to go through to actually speak with service. I know service is busy, so are we. More
