The service performed was excellent and the advisors are fantastic. The ONE reason I will not recommend this dealership? They tack on a 3% processing fee whenever you use credit cards to pay!! Bought my Subaru a year ago and had a great experience. Had 2 warnings/notifications pop up on my car and decided to schedule a service appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and told them we would wait inside. No one told us anything about how long it would be. We waited 2 hours and had no update on my vehicle. I asked if I could get a loaner because I was not planning on waiting at the dealership all day. Was told I could get a loaner and that my car would be quite a bit longer. I drove for about 15 minutes before getting a notification that was car was done. So turned around to drive back to the dealership after being told it would be awhile until it was ready. Arrived and was told there was an update my car needed and that was all it needed. I don’t think that update took 3 hours long to perform. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and I ended up wasting 4+ hours of my day. If I would have known it would haven taken that long, I would have asked for a loaner car earlier. More

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable t different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"! More
