Hard time with service center, Hard to reach a service rep. After multiple time calling, I was able to reach a person only to have them say They could not service my vehicle this week. During the last ser rep. After multiple time calling, I was able to reach a person only to have them say They could not service my vehicle this week. During the last service I shower the service rep where my paint is peeling around the rear window. He promised he would make some calls, that was over 2 months ago still waiting for a call back. When I purchased the car they highly recommended their service center, I purchased the Preferred Customer (PC) option. Still trying to figure out what I actually get with that option. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for service. More
