My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I would NEVER recommend this dealership. In November 2025, while pregnant with my first child, I purchased a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Sunset Honda for approximately $16,584. I needed safe, dependable transportation for my growing family. I chose an established dealership because I trusted that the vehicles being sold had undergone proper inspections. **LESS THAN THREE MONTHS after purchasing the vehicle, the mechanical problems began.** Within less than ONE YEAR of ownership, I spent approximately **$8,000 IN MAJOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS**, including replacement of the water pump, spark plugs, variable valve timing control solenoid, and cylinder head gasket, along with resurfacing of the cylinder heads. Hard time with service center, Hard to reach a service rep. After multiple time calling, I was able to reach a person only to have them say They could not service my vehicle this week. During the last ser rep. After multiple time calling, I was able to reach a person only to have them say They could not service my vehicle this week. During the last service I shower the service rep where my paint is peeling around the rear window. He promised he would make some calls, that was over 2 months ago still waiting for a call back. When I purchased the car they highly recommended their service center, I purchased the Preferred Customer (PC) option. Still trying to figure out what I actually get with that option. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for service. More
