The ticket window asking price is 34k based on the MSRP, but the dealer slapped a 6k of northwest market price adjustment on top of that and $800 market delivering fee. Now the car price came out to be 46k for a Kia K5. I cannot stress how ridiculous this price comes out. Apparently, not many of this car is on the road, we are not sure how its quality of the new built is, but getting a slap on the face like that from 2.5 stars dealer review. What else should I expect. They think their car demand is high? Just wait until they see the sale monthly report. 46K for a Kia K5? I am laughing while leaving. More

I was in a car that was barely functioning but was told that it was running to industry standards by a different dealership located further north. I contacted Sunset Kia looking for any options so I wouldn that it was running to industry standards by a different dealership located further north. I contacted Sunset Kia looking for any options so I wouldn’t be carless. I met with Jordan and I was surprisingly pleased to find that he was straightforward and seemingly very genuine with his desire to help customers keep moving forward. He stated the facts of my situation and was able to help me find a solution. The end result is that I am currently driving a beautiful car that is a serious upgrade to what I had and the cost is way under what I had been anticipating. Thank you Jordan! And thank you Dawn for checking in with me after I signed my paperwork! This dealership was a pleasure to work with and I will be referring as many people to them as I can. More

What was their offer? $9,000 over MSRP on a 48 month LEASE. I went from them agreeing to beat my offer of $2,000 below MSRP and $22,600 for my trade to a $9,000 markup and the exact same amount for my trade. What does that in terms of payment? $375/month for 36 months to $960/month for 48 months. Don't tell me this has nothing to do with the fact that I'm Asian, female and from South Seattle. OH, and if you have equity in your trade-in, they refuse to write you a check. Dieauka doesn't even understand how taxes are done but he knows THEY can't do it and take a hit. So YOU the consumer takes the hit. More
I purchased my Kia 3 months ago, we came up with a deal on the trade-in, then once I came home, noticed that they had not credited the agreed amount from my trade-in to the new Kia.
