I brought my 2013 Optima in because of a KIA recall plus oil change & tire rotation. When I made the appt, I was told a half a day on the recall plus the oil change & tire rotation, I took the car in & oil change & tire rotation. When I made the appt, I was told a half a day on the recall plus the oil change & tire rotation, I took the car in & was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. I could have stayed there for that time. When I picked up my car, someone had been messing with my dashboard. The time on the clock was changed to the wrong time. My Trip 1 & 2 had been reset to zero & then someone put 23 miles on the car. Who did all this & then drove it around for awhile? I'm just more than a little P. O'ed about this. Yes, the inside of the car had been nicely vacuumed, but all the times before that had been done plus gone through the car wash which wasn't done last Thursday. Do you not do that anymore?
