The engine had an idle issue which was difficult to diagnose. A mechanics at Sunset had experienced the idle issue before and recommended an aftermarket throttle body plate. The plate was used to bl diagnose. A mechanics at Sunset had experienced the idle issue before and recommended an aftermarket throttle body plate. The plate was used to block-off the cold high-speed idle air passage in throttle body, which no longer worked properly. Once the aftermarket plate was received the mechanic installed the unit, which fixed the idle issue. The mechanic also pressure tested the intake system to find a leak in an o-ring on the turbo. It was changed out and fixed the problem as well. I am thankful for the expertise of the mechanic for knowing what to do to fix both issues. More

The experience at Sunset Kia was awesome. The only complaint I would have is that it took a while to leave in my new car but from pulling in, to trade appraisal, to picking out the right car for my ne complaint I would have is that it took a while to leave in my new car but from pulling in, to trade appraisal, to picking out the right car for my needs and budget the process was crystal clear and every step was explained to me. Brandon, my salesperson, took the time to explain key parts of how buying a new car works, explaining warranty and limitations, but most of all he took the time to create a warm welcoming experience that wasn’t pushy or going to break my budget. They were nice people but would not budge on the price or add any extras for an incentive. I was suppose to receive a call back for service the next day and had to call myself 2 weeks later, I never heard w add any extras for an incentive.
