Came in for basic maintenance plus having battery evaluated for replacement. Maintenance was done quickly and well. Evaluation of the battery dragged on for hours. Because it was a new battery that wouldn’t hold a charge, they had to,”make sure.” After five hours of being strung along I received a replacement battery. I had a trickle charger on the battery to help me start the car. It was reinstalled after the battery replacement, polarity reversed. Apparently your battery replacer doesn’t comprehend positive or negative or red and black. More
