Worst service, I felt like I was in a shark tank. Driving in to get an estimate on a part for my kia I was approached by an older salesman. He never listened to what I wanted. Then ran my credit, after I told him I'd get a loan from my credit union. He quoted me $10000 for a car. Then comes back saying it's $19000. While he was away I ran reviews on the car. There was issues I asked him about on the car. While on the test drive. He lied, because the issue were on the reviews. He lied about the issues. I left without buying. My fica score is 755, I owe less than $11000. and I am a Resident Manager that makes $20.00 hr including an apartment. I also get social security check at $ 1600. A month. A couple weeks after the visit I get a letter saying my credit is bad & they can't loan me. This is the worst Auto sales I ever encountered. I wouldn't buy from Sunset Kia even it was a great deal.
