Oil change I came in to have an oil change and it felt like you didn’t belong there. The atmosphere wasn’t the same and Where was all my friendly workers that I came in to have an oil change and it felt like you didn’t belong there. The atmosphere wasn’t the same and Where was all my friendly workers that used to work there and made u feel like Family and I always came back to have my car maintenance or I bought a new car again. After the fact I found out that a new ownership was taken over and wow you have a lot of work to implement on your facilities. I would have been nice to keep the old employees and paid them well then to have what you got now. I know what’s it’s like for this to happen and dealt with this before. Your going to lose some customers and hopefully you can get new ones. I didn’t like the customer service and how they didn’t communicate with each other and I didn’t feel the warmth,friendilness, Communication with some of the staff... A month ago I called to make an appointment For my car service and was transfer serveral times and cut off 3 times and wasn’t very happy about it... then I was sent a advertisement on the $24.95 Oil change, I tried calling again and it wasn’t any better, so I text in and finally someone called...
