Excellent service I contacted Sunset after receiving notice there was a party recall on my Kia Soul. I did not but my car there but do the terrible experience I had pur I contacted Sunset after receiving notice there was a party recall on my Kia Soul. I did not but my car there but do the terrible experience I had purchasing my vehicle, I make it a point to stay far away from there. Everyone there was so friendly and Jennifer is the walking embodiment of professionalism & kindness. There were issues with my car off been suspicious of and they were confirmed. She even walked me to the back where the mechanic showed me the issues. Because of the work, she hooked me up with a loaner car so I could continue with my day. The next day I was late to return my car and Jennifer was leaving for the day, but she turned right back around and helped me, even assisting me with my carseat! Everyone there was so great and I will absolutely buy my next car from them when the time comes, but for now, my car drives like it's brand new. More

The school for sleezy salesman that take advantage of customers however they can. Was mislead, was lied too and way overcharged for car I purchased. Took the car to other dealerships the same week and they were shocked on what I was charged. After several attempts getting someone to call me back from the dealership, I emailed the General Manager. I was told a sales manager at the dealership would come up with some options for me in an effort to resolve my concerns. The sales manager never followed up with me and only after me initiating follow up would respond with short, non helpful, no options, no help offered. Thank you Auburn Valley for re confirming why car salesman have a bad reputation. More

They say you got too good a deal on your new car and are now not eligible for that warranty. More
