In some cases, this means we cannot perform alternative or lower-cost repair methods, even when they may appear effective, because they do not meet the manufacturer’s safety and liability requirements. Our estimates reflect the manufacturer’s required procedures, labor times, and approved parts—not a desire to overcharge or recommend unnecessary repairs. These standards exist to ensure the safety, reliability, and long-term performance of your vehicle. While we understand that independent solutions may sometimes resolve an issue more affordably, our team must adhere to OEM guidelines to protect our customers, technicians, and the brand. We want to clarify that the specific damage you’re describing was not brought to our attention at the time of delivery or within the first few days of picking up your car. This is the first we have heard of these concerns more than three weeks later. That said, we never want any customer to feel unheard or unsupported.
