We want to clarify that the specific damage you’re describing was not brought to our attention at the time of delivery or within the first few days of picking up your car. This is the first we have heard of these concerns more than three weeks later. That said, we never want any customer to feel unheard or unsupported. We understand your frustration, especially when multiple repairs are involved. Our goal is always to take responsibility where appropriate and work toward a clear resolution rather than placing blame.
