Great service and attention to detail by Austin who is very hands on. The service was very extensive and required removing the entire dash for the AC issue but they finalized it and Austin kept us apprai very hands on. Two minor challenges in that the hood has a small nick in the 3M hood coating and the piano black paint on the inside door panel has two small scratches but Im certain these can be repaired. VW also gave us a new loaner for the three weeks that the Beetle was in for the AC replacement parts. Great job, Austin. More

Top rate dealership with great service department and customer account managers. I brought my 2014 VW Touareg in for several issues. The issues required significant work so they gave me loaner car and es customer account managers. I brought my 2014 VW Touareg in for several issues. I also talked to a salesman about a possible future SUV purchase and he was very helpful.
