Sunshine Ford

Not a good first impression with Service Department I purchased a F250 in February, 2012 from Sunshine Ford. In June of 2014 the rear differential developed a leak. I called for an appointment and was I purchased a F250 in February, 2012 from Sunshine Ford. In June of 2014 the rear differential developed a leak. I called for an appointment and was told it would be a week and a half before the service department could service the truck. I dropped the truck off the day before the scheduled appointment so they would have it first thing in the morning, my appointment was for 7:30 am. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Mid morning I received a call and was told the pinion seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. It was stated that they should have the part later that afternoon. The truck was not ready by the end of that day but I was assured it would be ready the next day. At the end of the second day I called the service department and was told the truck would not be ready until the next day. Finally on the third day the repair was completed. I was informed that the delay was because the service department was busy and short on manpower. I hope my first experience with the service department at Sunshine Ford is not an indication of any future service appointments I may have. More

The first thing that brought me to Ford was that Ford was the only company that did not take government money, second Ford styiling knocks them ALL out of the park. I love the look and feel of the ford Fusion so after shopping around in several Ford dealers, Sunshine, shined above them ALL! I felt that Mr.Cubito wanten nothing more than to make me happy and his hard work succeeded! I was very happy with him as my dealer and the overall experence of the purchase! BRAVO! Yea, Sunshine Ford? I will be back for another purchase. maybe that dream F-150? More
