Poor expanations, and nothing but an empty apology My wife and I got a car to lease from this location. We were made to believe our first payment was due a month later. We get a call saying it is late, My wife and I got a car to lease from this location. We were made to believe our first payment was due a month later. We get a call saying it is late, and we owe another lease payment. When I call; I talked to Stacy (who was actually helpful, but she is the only one), and she explained what happened. We were misinformed by the dealer Vivek, and David (the finance office with whom we spoke). Vivek led us to believe our first payment wouldn't be due for a month, and David didn't tell us anything about our deal. I got a call from the manager, but it was an empty apology. I didn't get any sense that he genuinely cared. The apology also doesn't change the fact we owe money for something that wasn't our mistake, and that the management didn't sound like they cared at all. I will not ever deal with this company, or it's affiliates again. I will tell anyone I know to do the same. Poor explanations and shady dealings were the reason we stopped going to our last dealership, and this dealership let us fall through the cracks just like the last. Thank you for renewing our lack of faith in car dealerships. More
