He recommended some vehicles for us to look at and we took a Certified preowned 2015 Traverse for a test drive. There was no high pressure sales tactics, no trying to steer us into something we could not afford. We had been looking for another vehicle since December when Joe's car was hit head on in an accident. It had been difficult because he is still dealing with post concussion symptoms. All of the people we dealt with at Suntrup were so caring. Two of your men in Sales, Doug Rhoads and Harlan Swartz (also Larry in finance) took the time to explain the process to us and make sure we were comfortable with each step.
