DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We bought a used car with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. We were told bumper to bumper. Anything goes wrong, they fix it. And, we bought the extended We bought a used car with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. We were told bumper to bumper. Anything goes wrong, they fix it. And, we bought the extended bumper to bumper (they claimed) warranty. Within 1 month, the check engine light came on, code for misfire, and they replaced a coil and the spark plugs. $600 not covered under either warranty. 2 months later, same problem and they want to replace the coil and spark plugs again. When we asked them to look deeper into another issue, the car sat for a week on their lot. We sent it to a Ford dealership who told us that it needed a new engine. It was not covered by the warranty company due to a 'design flaw'. The dealership refused to acknowledge they had any liability and we had a car we were paying for and could not drive. STEER CLEAR!! More

I was very pleased with my salesman Tabesh Danishyar he was great. But what brought me to the dealership was that I filled out a on appraisal of my Hyundai Sel 2022. I gave my vin number which tells all about my car and the appraisal came back at $39,000 plus and that the dealership could offer me thousands over Kelly Blue Book which the quote of $39,000 was much more than KBB. So I found a car that I liked and drove to your dealership to trade cars I even brought my title thing I’m going to trade. But when the salesman came back with a offer of $32,000 I told him what I had been offered he went to the manager and the manager said that that appraisal was for a 2022 Hyundai Calligraphy and not a SEL. Well that’s a bunch of bull because my vin number told them what model of Hyundai I had, so I left your dealership quite unhappy! I don’t thank that practice is very good but I understand why you do it but it didn’t work with me. I don’t know if I will try to buy an auto from your dealership again.
