I shopped around for Tires and found this Dealership very competitive versus several local tire outfits. I would admit that I may not have the best knowledge about "car stuff" - but I TRUST that Dan Kopp doe competitive versus several local tire outfits. I would admit that I may not have the best knowledge about "car stuff" - but I TRUST that Dan Kopp does! If he tells me I need something - I must really need it. The Tire price was very competitive - but the real deciding factor for me was the TRUST factor. I knew Suntrup would give me the right product, do the job on my schedule, and when I left the shop - it would be right, and I wouldn't have to pay for something I did not need! I have to add - my GMC Yukon was washed up and shiny when I arrived, the tires looked great, and the truck drove beautifully! I could not be happier! Mr. Kopp is a tremendous asset - He gives me great advice and tries to work within my budget. I will be back for certain! (He also convinced me to have them do all my oil changes when I learned that the Valvoline was not properly lubricating whatever they were supposed to be! And again - I was surprised at the competitive price! I'm sold!) More
I dealt with Crystal initially through the website, then continued through email, and then in person. She was knowledgable, friendly, and answered all my questions in a professional and timely basis. Even on her days off, she was quick to answer any questions I had through email. She went over all the options and discussed what I would and wouldn't like. Once the car was delievered, she went through all the perks of the new car, and even set up my bluetooth for me before I left the lot. I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. This was completely different from the other GMC dealers I had talked to before settling with this dealer. More

I was in need of a car and had been borrowing cars from friends and family until I found one. It was to the point where I had placed a deposit on a car, but the dealer where the car was coming from would e friends and family until I found one. I had ran out of cars to borrow and SunTrup was geneorus enough to lend me a car for one week until the car that I wanted came in. I appreciate Patrick and Suntrup for getting me the car that I wanted for this was the first car that I had ever bought new and it was worth the wait. I recommend Suntrup GMC in St Peters but I must qualify that with I strongly recommend Crystal, she is the best sales person from which I have every purchased a vehicle. More
I came from out of state to purchase a used minivan at Suntrup. I dealt exclusively with Crystal, Suntrup's Internet Manager, and would unequivocally recommend Suntrup based on my experiences there. She provided me with detailed vehicle information by email, including pictures, AutoCheck report, etc. She also walked around the car while I was on the telephone and pointed out any scratches so that I would not be surprised when I traveled to see the vehicle. I felt that Suntrup's price was very fair and when I arrived, they picked me up at the airport, the car was fully detailed, inspected, oil changed, gas tank full and everything ready for my long drive home. As someone who was shopping online for a very particular vehicle, I got more than I bargained for in terms of customer service and fair treatment at Suntrup. More
Bought at used 2007 mazda6 from them in December 2009. When i came back 5 days later it was better but still not what I wanted. He said i had to buy the car or I would lose my down payment. A week after i bought it, the blinkers, hazard lights, dome light, and power-door lock quit working and my rear-view mirror fell off. Now,4 months later, my car is having problems accelerating and after 15 minutes of driving an enormous amount of smoke will come out of the rear of my vehicle. They sold me a money-pit. More
Purchased a New G6 after walking around the vehicle noticed several scratches, chips, ETC. I can assure you if this problem ever gets fixed we will be taking the car to another Pontiac dealer for Maintenance and repairs. More
01/05: Having shopped for weeks for a Grand Prix GTP, I was infuriated with the negligence and lack of respect for one's intelligence, salesmen project throughout the dealing process. Finally at my wits end, I jumped on the internet to locate the specific car I wanted from Pontiac dealer inventories. At which point I stumbled upon Linda Cicerelli, Internet Manager at Suntrup. Even though it was Jan 3rd & everyone was taking delivery of their new cars, she responded within less than an hour. Next step, we spoke on the phone which is when she clarified my wants & needs, and took my vitals to pass along to Scott Buesse, F & I. By early afternoon, I left work to test drive the vehicle she had waiting for me. Because she was beyond swamped at the time, David Gusman, another salesperson offered to help her; he was at my beck-and-call from start to finish, ON LINDA'S BEHALF no less! Team work is unheard of in car sales, especially under the same roof! Between Linda's warm impeccable service (and David's), and the instrumental financing wonders worked by Scott, I drove away in the exact vehicle I had been searching for, having gotten a phenomenal deal on the new vehicle, top dollar trade-in, and the lowest financing imaginable. I'm in sales, and I can say that I was literally speechless, when Scott proposed, his and Linda's deal. I've purchased many new vehicles in the past 20 years, but this is the first time I was moved to send the brightest, cheeriest flowers to my salesperson, Linda, which befits her bright cheery personality...she's SIMPLY THE BEST!
