Above and definitely beyond!! I was doing some vehicle searching on the internet and found two vehicles at this location that peaked my interest. I set up an appointment to meet with Mr. Kevin Kalz. Kevin was very attentive in meeting my needs and was helpful in the decision-making process. I decided upon an Ford F150, but was unable to get the price I wanted for my trade. Eric [Proemsey] provided a very detailed explanation as to why the dealership could only offer only so much for my trade... To possibly get more money for my trade, I decided to check out other dealerships and in doing so, Eric took the time and helped me continue my vehicle search even though it was obvious I had to take my business elsewhere. Eric assisted even when he didn't have to. He told me some specific things to ask and some other things to look for. He was VERY helpful even though I didn't give him my business.
