Really like this dealership other than the mark ups for not having a trade in and for not financing with them. However, they worked with me to work around those and we were able to negotiate a Fair OTD pri not having a trade in and for not financing with them. However, they worked with me to work around those and we were able to negotiate a Fair OTD price on a Nissan Frontier over the phone in an hour or so. I ended up chosing a different Make/model vehicle from a different dealership. I probably spoke with over 20 dealerships in the process but this one really stood out to me as a fair priced dealership with great customer service. More

STAY AWAY FROM SUNTRUP FORD WESTPORT! !! After I totaled my last vehicle we unfortunately made the mistake of going to Suntrup Ford and purchasing a vehicle. Though we had other similar !! After I totaled my last vehicle we unfortunately made the mistake of going to Suntrup Ford and purchasing a vehicle. Though we had other similar vehicles that we liked at other dealerships we chose to buy from here after being told by Andrew Suntrup that we would have free lifetime oil changes, bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years/36,000 miles and lifetime power train warranty at any Ford dealership. Today I am getting my first oil change at our local Ford dealership and they had no idea what I was talking about getting free oil changes. So I called Andrew and he said he never told us this. I was also informed today that if Suntrup would have signed us up for Ford Pass the day we purchased our vehicle that we would have several thousands of points and would be able to get a couple of oil changes covered with our points. We were totally taken advantage of the day we purchased our new vehicle from Suntrup. They knew I wasn’t feeling the best after being in a wreck and they knew we needed a new vehicle. Unfortunately we rushed through everything and did not make sure we had documentation of the free lifetime oil changes, bumper to bumper warranty or the lifetime power train warranty. So all we can do now is warn others before going here to take your business elsewhere. More

Terribly disappointed I would not recommend that you go to this dealership they have overcharged me the service department is horrible they want to charge you and my car needed an antenna and they wanted t to this dealership they have overcharged me the service department is horrible they want to charge you and my car needed an antenna and they wanted to keep my car for 2 hours just to find out and then they want to charge you per hour just to keep your car I'm terribly disappointed with son trip I will never go back again am I recommend that you don't either poor poor poor More

Whatever you do…. Do not plan on using their service department. Took it in for a flat and it took 3 days to get it back.
