Took truck to dealership for rodent damage repair with~3,500 miles on it. They returned it 10 days later with an additional 80 miles on it, scratches on the hood, $5,000 in hail damage and a bill for with~3,500 miles on it. They returned it 10 days later with an additional 80 miles on it, scratches on the hood, $5,000 in hail damage and a bill for almost $1,000 to install a $79 part. They said nothing about the hail damage but they obviously knew about it. They credited $200 to the invoice. They claim the "mileage in" on the invoice was incorrect even though they input the mileage. The gas gauge indicated about 80 miles worth of gasoline was used. They claim the hail damage was not their responsibility even though they could have moved it out of the weather. It can be fixed-probably-but I'll be left with a "diminished value" vehicle and a $1,000 deductible. Never again. More

I would probably find another dealership. They will try and sell you a brand new car thats dirty and then tell you that the car wash guy is out that day. Then you get home and wash it, it turns out the car is scratched. Then when you try and get it fixed they'll tell you the scratch is to deep and that there is nothing they can do about it. Finally when you try and get the new car titled. The DMV will tell you the paper work was filled out incorrectly. So you will have to go back to the dealership to have them re-do the paper work. You will have to wait however because the sales person that helped you only works two days a week so the secretary (who is lovely btw) will have to help you. Just be prepared for this reality. Otherwise ok I guess. More
Excellent service, Jennifer was professional, courteous, and informed. Toni in finance was the same, very nice to work with. Thank you. and informed. Toni in finance was the same, very nice to work with. Thank you. More
Extremely untrustworthy. Repeatedly made promises that aftersales issues would be taken care of but refused to put anything in writing and simply stated I would need to take Repeatedly made promises that aftersales issues would be taken care of but refused to put anything in writing and simply stated I would need to take their word for it. Over a month after my purchase, they still could not produce a title for my vehicle because of "issues with their titling partner" leaving me with an expired temporary tag and no way to register the vehicle. Multiple requests for an additional temporary tag due to their issues went unresolved. Calls to my sales person Mike Kearns went unreturned and requests to their titling person Jamie Sutton were ignored because they were not her department. I would strongly suggeest not doing business with this dealership as they have shown their true character and "Trust me, bro" business style. Once they have your money, they do not care to follow through on their end of the transaction and will flatly refuse to make good on their promises. More
Inquired on a Tesla Model 3 with Suntrup Ford Westport, and asked to utilize the $4k Federal EV tax credit as down payment. Received a video of the car from saleswoman Jenn, who reassured that it qualified and asked to utilize the $4k Federal EV tax credit as down payment. Received a video of the car from saleswoman Jenn, who reassured that it qualified for the tax credit. Arranged for a test drive with "MJ", and it went great! That is until we began talking numbers. I told them I wanted the tax credit applied at purchase, and wanted $26k for our trade in since we already received offers of this amount elsewhere. Keep in mind the JD Power retail (which Suntrup says they use) was near $31k for our trade in, so they'd be making quite a bit off us. We also offered to finance through them to solidify a deal. MJ came back with the numbers from his manager, and the trade-in offer we received was an abysmal $20k! They also said that they don't participate in applying the tax credit at purchase (that we'd have to file it on our taxes), even though thousands of dealers across the country are able to do so with no issues. After expressing my concerns, MJ reassured that the trade in was a base-line number - and that he'd talk with the general manager about applying the tax credit at purchase and a higher trade in offer. MJ called me back with good news about the tax credit being applied, but couldn't move higher on their trade in! We prefer to do our trade in/vehicle purchase in one transaction, so we offered $25.5k. MJ said he'd follow-up with his manager, but we never heard from him again. The next day, Jenn (the original saleswoman) advised the Tesla was sold out from under us and offered alternatives. We weren't offered to make a deposit to hold the car, so why would we go through all of this trouble if you decided to sell the car to someone else? And why would we consider doing business with Suntrup after this? My family and I have bought multiple vehicles from Suntrup in the past, but will no longer. They do not make deals that are mutually beneficial, offer pennies on the dollar for trade ins, don't educate their staff on how these EV tax credits work (even with multiple EVs on their lot), have poor communication, and sell cars from under you in the middle of negotiating. Needless to say, DO NOT do business with ANY Suntrup location! More

I had an awesome experience with the salesman Mike Kearns. His professionalism was awesome and his kindness was exceptional. I would quickly recommend a friend to purchase from this dealership.
