Horrible I bought a used SUV and with 3 weeks i had trouble starting it 3 times. Called my salesman and he said no problem bring it in for service and he would I bought a used SUV and with 3 weeks i had trouble starting it 3 times. Called my salesman and he said no problem bring it in for service and he would take care of it. Well take care of it meant I would have to pay half of the cost of repair. Seriously 3 weeks of having the car. I have to pay half of the repair... This was a problem before I bought the SUV and was overlooked by there service department. Still have temp tags and I have to pay... By the way they had my SUV for almost a week 6 days. Call and leave message for managers and no return calls.... I do not recommend this dealer at all.... Stir clear away and if I would have research before hand I would not have purchased from them. Missouri AG has a lawsuit against this company! Sales people lie and tell you anything to close the deal........ More

Excellent Team of Professionals I walked around looking at used cars and Brian Jackson walked up and told me that he would put me in a new car for what I wanted to spend. Fifteen mi I walked around looking at used cars and Brian Jackson walked up and told me that he would put me in a new car for what I wanted to spend. Fifteen minutes later he found just the right car and had it delivered to his dealership within a day or two. He had the car prepped and handed me off to Bob Stapleton who took in my trade and finished up the paperwork. Finally I met Michael Jackson the finance guru and he finished the paperwork and made sure everything was copacetic. In my humble opinion, I had never met such a straight shooter in his role as Finance Director. I shook Mike's hand and met Bob once again who handed me the keys, explained the vehicle and off I went.
