Thank you, Elizabeth. Michael has just now returned my call and is looking into my question. I will still recommend Suntrup as I enjoyed working with both Cindy & Michael. Cindy & Michael are just very hard to reach and perhaps someone needs to help back them up with their messages when they can't return calls promptly themselves so as to avoid customers feeling like I did today. Thank you for the response, Megan. I was terribly disappointed, as we had had a fabulous experience at Suntrup when we purchased our Flex, 3 years ago. I am VERY impressed with my Taurus. After all of the economic disasters experienced by car companies in America, I always swore I would ONLY buy Ford, if I bought American. I like the model of the car, I love the philosophy of the company in that they did whatever it took to stay afloat in bad times, while keeping ALL of your employees. I am proud that I have bought the car. I only hope that Richard learned something from this experience. I don't remember the name of the lady who kept calling, very insistent upon us coming in. I want to say it was Karen, but I am not sure. She called me, the first time, in the middle of my work day. She was SUPPOSED to call me back, the following day, at my office. Not so much....she did finally call my husband a couple more times, in the evening. After the third call, we agreed. I hope that you you give some of your employees some customer service training.
