This was my very first time buying a car from a car dealership and I was pretty nervous about the process because I didn't know very much about it. I visited several other car dealerships and looked at dealership and I was pretty nervous about the process because I didn't know very much about it. I visited several other car dealerships and looked at several other vehicles but felt pressured by every salesperson and was not comfortable with that. I went in to Suntrup Nissan looking for the BMW dealership. Luckily I ran across Collin in the sales room. I told him I was looking for the BMW dealership but at the time it was I was not going to be able to make it there. There was just something about him that made me feel I could trust him. He didn't pressure me to even look at a vehicle that night he just asked me what kind I was interested in and if it would be okay with me for him to send me some cars I might be interested in from time to time. Over the next month he emailed me and texted me some very nice vehicles and I finally decided that it was time to get one. I couldn't be happier with my Nissan Altima. Colin told me that some things would be done to my car after the purchase of it and he was true to his word. He made sure that every detail was explained and I feel very confident in my purchase.
