They made it easy to purchase a vehicle. I immediately had a good feeling with your salesmen, I talked to Tony first, he got me started for Zach, Zach came in and was smooth and told me he didn't see any problem at all for our deal. Everyone I came in contact with, was in an upbeat mood, I have bought several vehicles through the years, and I've dealt with lot's of salesmen, believed me, these guys don't have to look up to anyone!!! Overall, my experience was disappointing. The salesperson was friendly, but the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was absolutely ridiculous. The Nissan financing promotion was not fully e The salesperson was friendly, but the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was absolutely ridiculous. The Nissan financing promotion was not fully explained to me, and I later realized it added approximately $8,000 to the total cost of my purchase. I would have preferred to purchase the vehicle without the added products or extras, but I did not feel that was made clear during the financing process. I was also told I would leave the dealership with a full tank of gas, but when I drove off the lot, the fuel gauge was nearly on empty. In addition, my vehicle did not include floor mats, even though I specifically asked about them before taking delivery. While both the salesperson and the finance representative were polite, the lack of transparency and failure to follow through on what was promised left me frustrated and disappointed with the overall buying experience.
