Adam, another fantastic team member, suggested I speak with Jill, and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I walked into her office, I could see Jill was busy, but she made time for me without hesitation. I was nervous and frustrated (not because of anything the dealership had done but because I need things explained very literally to fully understand them). To my surprise, I only had to exchange a few words with Jill before she immediately understood what I was trying to ask—even though I hadn’t fully found the words myself. She gave me the clear, simple answer I needed, and I left her office feeling reassured. The next day, Jill finalized everything quickly and efficiently.
