On our second test drive, we found a problem with the van we hadn’t noticed the day before. He was quick to offer to fix it for us and give us a loaner in the mean time. Steve was great as well. Came out and introduced himself to us but never pressured us in to buying on the first visit. Explained everything to us in detail and made sure we understood everything.
