Great Purchase Experience I felt with Tyler Wheat. He is relatively new but has very nice mannerisms and was nice to work with. My only suggestion is to get rid of the "garag I felt with Tyler Wheat. I will be back! Staphen did a great job! I was originally there to meet with the Leasing Manager about potentially buying out my lease but I also wanted to consider Staphen did a great job! I was originally there to meet with the Leasing Manager about potentially buying out my lease but I also wanted to consider a brand new purchase as well. I wasn’t really sure what, if anything I wanted to do. They worked together to show me my options. What I loved about the entire process is there was never any pressure to push me one way or the other. We were getting some bad weather the afternoon I was there. Staphen was quick to pick up on the fact that I was getting worried about the roads. He got us to a good stopping point and agreed it was best for me to come back the following day to finish up. Great Job! I will be back to Suntrup and would love to work with Staphen! More

Then the crazy begins. First, it started with us needing SEVERAL follow ups to find out the title submission for our car was messed up. we had to call numerous times and beseech several people, beg, cajole, only to be accused of throwing away the paperwork when it came in the mail. that did not happen. after much cajoling and begging, we got this matter handled and finally got our plates done. then it came time to renew our plates. that's when we find out there was no record anywhere, and there was another mad scramble. through it all, i got crickets from the dealership. Now the car was in an accident and I'm trying to use my extended warranty and GAP claim. i get no call back, no email, just crickets. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! avoid this group if you expect basic customer service such as an acknowledgement or a call back. it won't happen. now i just hope and pray to get this situation resolved because we are in limbo and without a vehicle until this is resolved so we can purchase another vehicle. I know one thing, NEVER GO TO SUNTRUP!!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. whatever good service during the sale EVAPORATES the minute the contract is signed. THERE IS NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! My question to anyone reading this, what do I need to do to get a response? I just want my situation resolved. More

They worked out a FANTASTIC deal for me for my new 2019 Nissan Altima and I couldn’t be happier!
